The 6 week beginners course is designed to bring you an hour of feel good movement and space to explore the ways yoga can work for you.

As we welcome the spring season which brings the world new life and more light, why not welcome a new opportunity to explore ways to feel warmer and lighter in your body.

We will start with some simple breathing exercises to draw on the connection between mind and body and regulate your nervous system after the day.

The movement section of the practice will follow:

  • Mobilising joints
  • Building strengthening postures and working with balance.
  • The focus being to release points of tension and build new pathways of movement for brain and body health.
  • We will then use teachings from yoga to guide us through a meditation and a dedicated rest to finish our class.
