TCC  is a non-medical companion care service designed to support individuals and families who need extra help with daily living, social engagement, and light assistance—especially those already accessing physiotherapy or recovering from injury, surgery, or age-related decline.

This service complements physiotherapy by bridging the gap between clinical care and everyday independence.

Light, non-clinical assistance

  • Meal preparation (basic meals)
  • Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry folding)
  • Grocery shopping & errands
  • Medication reminders (non-administration)
  • Appointment reminders & scheduling help
  • Home organisation & safety checks
  1. Mobility & Physiotherapy Support

Designed to complement physio treatment plans

  • Support with prescribed home exercises (supervision only)
  • Walking assistance (indoor/outdoor)
  • Safe transfer assistance (chair/bed support)
  • Encouragement with activity pacing
  • Post-treatment recovery monitoring
