We use a wide range of treatment techniques including: manual therapy, exercises, advice and education, electrotherapy and acupuncture to aid recovery and promote self-management. We can arrange home visits if you are unable to get to the clinic.
All our Pilates classes are led by APPI trained Chartered Physiotherapists, ensuring Clients with complex medical problems can enjoy the benefits that Pilates can bring including stability and movement control. We have small Pilates classes ensuring individual attention is given to each client throughout the duration of the class.
We also offer Homoeopathy & Reiki and Remedial Massage Therapy.
