Lisa, who owns The Physiotherapy Clinic in Bamford, kept on top of all the aches and pains Jess encounters during her gruelling training schedule, since she qualified as part of the GB freestyle relay team at the London 2012 Olympics.
Lisa provided physiotherapy services for swimmers and divers throughout the Olympics ensuring that they were in the best shape for the most important competion of their careers.
“Having worked with swimming at local and GB level for nearly 15 years, the opportunity to be involved with the Olympics is a dream come true for me too”.
Swimmers are prone to shoulder injuries due to the repetitive nature of the sport as well as back and neck problems and sore muscles.
Fixing all these problems is all in a day’s work for Lisa.
